The architectural review committee exists to ensure that planned improvements to homes in our community conform to the by-laws. covenants, conditions and restrictions that we all were given when purchasing our houses.

​When planning changes to your home, please review the documents you were provided at closing. Just as a reminder, all decks, sheds, patios, fences, and other structures must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before commencing construction or installation.
